Your mission

As our Data Expert, you are part of the Data team. Your mission is to analyse and bring our data landscape to a level that it continuously and directly contributes to the mission of P1: become the biggest! To make this a success you contribute to our future data landscape and making our company more data driven. You have a very important role in this as a Data Expert, after all, our future success depends for a big part on the data you bring in and visualise.

The Development team
P1 Group is an ideal synergy between technology, creation and growth. The team is growing and we don't have a data team in place yet. You will be the first and therefore you can make the role your own. The rest of the IT team consists of 15 passionate Developers who prefer quality code. Our employees get the space and trust to work on the most beautiful products. We are not afraid to take risks, be innovative and only go for the very best. You have a very important role in this as a Data Engineer, after all, our future depends on the data you are helping to make visible. So you contribute directly to our goal; pole position.

Your responsibilities

Identify business challenges and develop reports, dashboards, and presentations
Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for improvement
Proactively monitor and report on our entire ecommerce performance and design our own attribution model
Managing and optimizing our tagging environment of all marketing channels and make sure all data (Ads, Affiliates, SEO, SEA etc.) enters our Datawarehouse correct
Perform complex data analyses using statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights
Collect, manage, and maintain data sources, including internal databases and external datasets, to ensure data accuracy and currency
Measuring and interpreting key website performance metrics and feeding our marketing channels, data warehouse and platforms with data

Job requirements

Skills & experience

Minimum HBO working and thinking level
At least 3-5 years' experience as Data Analyst, Tag manager/marketing tech expert
Databricks, Data modelling with dbt
Data visualisation with Power BI and Looker Studio
Google Analytics 4, Google BigQuery
Google (server-side) Tag Manager running on App Engine and/or Cloud Run.

Consent management
Because the English language is used daily, you have a good command of it both verbally and in writing
